Cygnus Cross has postponed Emberville's Steam Early Access release at the last minute. Instead of October 27, the game will now launch in Early Access on January 7, 2027.

Delay Announced Just One Day Before Release

Why Was It Delayed?

The main reason is player feedback from the Steam Next Fest demo. After reading the comments, the team immediately planned new improvements. However, some of these changes are at the system level and can't be completed quickly.

For example, the studio mentioned a full overhaul of bow combat. Cygnus Cross says they don't want to launch a version that doesn't meet their standards. The January release will include these key improvements.
