Longer Stream in Japan
Here's an interesting detail: the Western broadcast will last 15 minutes, but Nintendo’s Japan X account lists their stream as 25 minutes. That means Japanese viewers will see more games, and some of them might be exclusive to Japan.
Which games will be featured is still a mystery. Nintendo hasn’t revealed any titles yet. The community is full of speculation, but for now, it's all guesswork.
What Happened in the Last Indie World?
The previous Indie World Showcase took place in March. The stream lasted about 18 minutes and highlighted the following games:
- Blue Prince
- Grave Seasons
- Mixtape
- Ratatan
- Denshattack, InKonbini, and Outbound
Indie World was previously known as the Nindies Showcase. These streams are usually brief but packed with surprises. Some games even get a "shadow drop" and become available on the eShop right after the show. That’s why it’s smart to tune in.
Get Ready for the eShop After the Stream
If a game is announced and launches on the eShop the same day, you won’t have to wait. Just make sure your wallet is loaded.
With a Nintendo eShop gift card (USD) you can top up your US account, or use a Nintendo eShop gift card (EUR) for your European account. Check lotkeys for the latest prices.
