User Agreement

4.3. If the User purchases the wrong product and it has been delivered, a return is not possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Lotkeys.com owns the intellectual property rights of all content (texts, graphics, logos, images, etc.) on the Site. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited and may have legal consequences.
8.2. The User agrees that content submitted to the Site (comments, reviews, feedback, etc.) can be used, published, or modified by Lotkeys.com.

9. Cancellation or Blocking of User Accounts

9.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to cancel or block user accounts on the Site without providing any justification.

13. Payment Security and 3D Secure Code Protection Provisions

13.1. When making payments, especially using the 3D Secure method, you should not share the 3D Secure code sent to your mobile number with anyone for your security. This code should only be used and protected by you. If you share your password with third parties, our site will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur.
13.2. As a user, you are responsible for protecting and keeping this password secure. By accepting the User Agreement, you agree to comply with these rules.
