Terms and Conditions

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("User") and Lotkeys.com while using our services on Lotkeys.com ("Site").

1. Acceptance of Services and Commitment

1.1. By accessing the Site or using our services, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.

1.2. The User undertakes to comply with this Agreement and use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Identification of the Seller and Contact Information

2.1. Lotkeys.com is operated by Lotkeys Limited, located at 6 Fern Road Business Park, Dublin 18, Ireland.

3. Account and Security

3.1. To use certain services, the User must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login information and any activity carried out through their account.

4. Description of Products and Services

4.1. Digital products offered on the Site are described based on information provided by publishers and suppliers.

4.2. Lotkeys guarantees that delivered digital goods will match the description displayed at checkout.

4.3. Lotkeys is not responsible for platform-side restrictions, outages, or external platform policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. The User agrees not to use the Site for fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

5.2. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

5.2.1. Attempting to bypass regional restrictions, using VPN/proxy for misuse.

5.2.2. Engaging in fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized reselling.

5.2.3. Interfering with Site security or attempting unauthorized access.

5.2.4. Uploading harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Digital Content Directive)

6.1. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and 2019/770, digital goods normally include a 14-day right of withdrawal.

6.2. However, Users lose this right once:

6.2.1. They consent to the immediate delivery of digital content, and

6.2.2. They acknowledge that their right of withdrawal ends upon delivery.

6.3. At checkout, Users must confirm via checkbox: “Immediate delivery accepted; cancellation right ends upon delivery.”

6.4. After a digital code is delivered, no cancellation or refund is possible except where required by law or where the product is proven defective (invalid or previously redeemed).

7. Refund and Replacement Policy

7.1. A product is considered defective only if the code cannot be redeemed or is shown to have been previously activated.

7.2. In such cases, Lotkeys will provide either a replacement or a refund if replacement is not possible.

7.3. Users must provide credible activation error proof (e.g., screenshots).

7.4. Lotkeys is not responsible for:

7.4.1. Region-lock issues caused by User location or VPN usage.

7.4.2. Publisher bans or platform-side restrictions.

7.4.3. External platform outages or server failures.

8. Pricing and Payment Terms

8.1. Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8.2. Payments must be completed using secure methods with fraud-prevention authentication (e.g., 3D Secure).

8.3. Additional verification (KYC, IP risk analysis, device fingerprinting) may be required.

9. Delivery of Digital Goods

9.1. Digital goods are delivered electronically to the User Account or email immediately after successful payment.

9.2. Delivery is considered completed once the code becomes visible to the User.

9.3. Users are solely responsible for the secure storage of delivered digital goods.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Lotkeys provides digital goods only and does not control external platforms where products are redeemed.

10.2. Lotkeys cannot be held liable for external platform outages, terms, restrictions, bans, or content quality.

10.3. Lotkeys’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

11.1. All Site content, branding, text, graphics, and materials are owned by Lotkeys Limited.

11.2. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or alter Site content without written permission.

12. GDPR and Data Protection

12.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

12.2. Users have the following rights:

12.2.3. Right to erasure

15. Account Suspension or Termination

15.1. Lotkeys may suspend or terminate an account for justified reasons, including fraud suspicion, chargeback abuse, or violation of this Agreement.

15.2. Users will be notified unless fraud investigation requires confidentiality.

16. Force Majeure

16.1. Lotkeys is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including cyberattacks, outages, natural disasters, or payment network failures.

17. Rejection or Limitation of Purchases

17.1. Lotkeys reserves the right to reject or limit any order due to fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or stock issues.

17.2. In such cases, Users will be notified and refunded where applicable.

18. Governing Law

18.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland.

18.2. For EU consumers, mandatory rights under their local consumer protection laws also apply.

19. Dispute Resolution

19.1. Disputes may be resolved through Lotkeys Support, EU ODR platform, or competent EU courts.

20. Updates and Enforcement

20.1. Lotkeys may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
