Arc Raiders: First Major Update of 2026 Launches Tomorrow!

Starting tomorrow, Speranza and its surroundings will not only be filled with new enemies but also fresh strategic layers. The update centers on the new "Solo vs. Squads" mode and the highly anticipated "Bird City" map area.

Solo vs. Squads: The Ultimate Challenge

Thanks to a new matchmaking feature, Raiders who prefer solo play can now go head-to-head against full squads.

• High Risk, High Reward: Solo players who take down entire squads will earn much rarer loot and exclusive Reputation points.

• Level 40+ Focus: This experience is integrated with high-level matchmaking as outlined in the roadmap.

New Area: 'Bird City'

As a preview of the upcoming February map update, the region known as "Bird City" is now fully accessible and revamped.

• Vertical Combat: Packed with tall buildings and suspended structures, this area is a sniper's paradise—while careless Raiders will need to watch their step.

• New Map Conditions: Bird City introduces fresh map conditions, offering a unique atmosphere and dangers every time you enter.

What Else Is Coming Tomorrow?

• Player Project 1: Resource gathering kicks off for a brand-new community project in the shelter.

• Headwinds Event: The special "Headwinds" event for January will introduce wind effects that impact bullet trajectories and robot movement.
