After 15 years, Re-Logic has once again brought Terraria to the top! The massive 1.4.5 "Bigger and Boulder" update, released yesterday (January 27, 2026), blends nostalgia and innovation, leading to the highest player counts in the past six years.

After years of development, this patch not only adds new content but also brings exciting changes to the game.

Epic Crossovers

• Dead Cells: Beheaded costume, hanging potion bottles, Mushroom Boi minion, and iconic weapons like The Flint have been added to the game.

• Palworld: Fan-favorite companions Cattiva, Digtoise (can mine blocks), and Foxparks (usable as a sentry/flamethrower) are now part of the Terraria world! Plus, the Pal Metal Armor set is also available.

Quality of Life & New Mechanics

• Enhanced Crafting: You can now craft items using materials from nearby chests without opening them. A new search bar and categorized interface keep you from getting lost among 6,000+ items.
