Lotkeys.com KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

This KYC Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Users of Lotkeys.com (“Site”) and is designed to comply with applicable EU regulations, including AMLD5, PSD2, and GDPR.

1. Purpose and Scope

Lotkeys.com implements a risk-based KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent fraud, reduce chargeback abuse, verify the legitimacy of transactions, and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations. This Policy applies to all Users who place orders on the Site.

2. Identity Verification Requirements

2.1. Lotkeys.com may request identity verification in the following cases:

- Suspicious payment activity or mismatched account information
- Multiple failed payment attempts
- High-value purchases or unusual ordering patterns
- Region mismatch between IP address, billing address, or payment method
- Chargeback risk or previous disputes
- Compliance requirements under EU AML legislation

2.2. Depending on the risk level, Users may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

a) Government-issued ID: Passport, national ID, or driver’s license (photo, name, and birthdate visible).

b) Selfie verification: A selfie holding the same ID document to ensure the User is the legitimate owner.

c) Payment method verification: A photo of the payment card used in the transaction, showing only:
- First 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number
- Cardholder name (if present)
All other details (e.g., CVV, expiration date, middle digits) must be fully covered.

d) Signed declaration: A dated handwritten confirmation on an A4 sheet stating that the User completed the purchase. This may be required when resolving disputes or validating authenticity.

e) Proof of payment: A bank receipt or PSP confirmation document when necessary for verification.

3. Fraud Prevention Measures

3.1. Lotkeys.com reserves the right to withhold delivery of digital products until the KYC process is successfully completed.

3.2. Orders may be canceled or refunded if the User refuses or fails to complete required verification steps.

3.3. If fraud is confirmed, Lotkeys.com may suspend or permanently ban the User’s account and report the incident where legally required.

4. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

4.1. All identity documents and verification data are processed strictly for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and transaction validation purposes.

4.2. Personal data is stored securely using encryption and access controls.

4.3. KYC data is retained for up to 5 years, in accordance with EU AML regulations, and is deleted once legally permitted.

4.4. Users have GDPR rights, including access, rectification, restriction of processing, and erasure (where applicable under AML rules).

4.5. KYC information is never shared with third parties except:
- Payment processors involved in the transaction
- Fraud prevention services
- Regulators or law enforcement when legally required

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. The User must provide accurate, authentic, and unaltered documents.

5.2. Submitting forged or manipulated documents will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

6. Policy Updates

Lotkeys.com may modify this KYC Policy to comply with updated laws, payment provider requirements, or security standards. The User is responsible for checking updates.
