Sony Unveils PlayStation Plus Games for August 2026!
The PlayStation Plus August 2026 lineup is here! Dying Light 2, Big Walk, and Signalis are free starting August 4. Plus, grab the Marvel Tōkon bonus pack.
Table of Contents
Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for August 2026. Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers can add three new titles to their libraries for free between August 4 and August 31.
August 2026 PS Plus Games
- Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition (PS5, PS4) – the headline game of the month
- Big Walk (PS5) – a brand new co-op adventure
- Signalis (PS4, playable on PS5 via backward compatibility) – a psychological survival horror
All three games will be available for all PS Plus tiers from Tuesday, August 4 through Monday, August 31.
What Does Dying Light 2 Offer?
Step into the shoes of Aiden Caldwell as you navigate a city overrun by a deadly virus and warring factions. The Reloaded Edition includes the Firearms Update and Bloody Ties DLC, and supports online co-op for up to four players. IGN rated the game 7 out of 10 at launch, praising the city’s rich storytelling despite a forgettable main plot.
Big Walk and Signalis
Big Walk is a fresh co-op adventure focused on communication and teamwork, where you solve environmental puzzles together in a vast open world. It launches directly on PS Plus. Signalis is a critically acclaimed indie psychological horror set in a dystopian future, where you play as technician Elster searching for her missing partner.
Bonus: Marvel Tōkon Pack
As a bonus, starting August 6, you can claim a free Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls pack from the PlayStation Store. The pack includes:
- Five avatars featuring Captain America, Storm, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, and Ghost Rider
- Result screen poses for 20 characters, including Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, and Peni Parker
To use the poses, both the pack and the full game must be installed on your PS5. The pack will be available to claim for 12 months, so there’s no rush.
Don’t Miss July’s Games
July’s titles—Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, For the King II, and CrossCode—can still be claimed until August 3, after which they’ll be replaced by the new August lineup.
