Legendary Counter-Strike Map Pool Day Added to CS 2!

The June update for Counter-Strike 2 (CS 2) has been released, and it brings exciting news for fans of the classic game. One of the iconic maps from Counter-Strike (CS) 1.6, Pool Day, has officially been added to CS 2.

Pool Day: A Nostalgic Return with New Graphics

Pool Day, one of the most beloved maps from the internet cafe era, now features in CS 2 with updated graphics. Currently, the map is available exclusively for the Gun Game mode. Valve has made a nostalgic touch to the iconic Pool Day map. At certain times during the game, you can pull a lever located in one of the lockers on the map, transforming the graphics back to the classic look of CS 1.6's Pool Day. This feature allows players to reminisce about the old days with the original graphics.

New Maps and Community Content

This update not only includes Pool Day but also introduces four additional new maps. The new map Memento, added to the Wingman mode, is set in an Italian village, while the new map Assembly takes place in an aircraft factory. Thera and Mills maps can be played in Deathmatch and Casual modes. Valve has also included community maps in Counter-Strike 2 for the first time. We can expect to see more community maps added in future updates.
