The roguelike deck-builder Hex Reverse is free on Steam for 30 days after launch. Add it to your library now and keep it forever, even after it goes paid.
Hex Reverse is free on Steam for the first 30 days after launch. If you add it to your library during this period, you’ll keep the game permanently—even if it becomes paid later.
Hex Reverse is a roguelike deck-building game played on a hexagonal board. You and your opponent take turns placing cards on a 19-tile grid. Each card has a number on all six sides; if your card’s value is higher than the adjacent card, you flip it to your color.
When you win a battle, you take a card from your opponent’s deck. Between runs, you can return to the hub to edit your deck, buy or sell cards, and make permanent equipment upgrades. Skills, traits, and special rules make every run a little different.
This isn’t your typical “limited-time free” offer—it’s a “grab it now, keep it forever” deal. The key is to add it to your library in the first days.
The game is available only for Windows and needs 1 GB of storage.
| Requirement | Minimum | Recommended |

Interface languages are English and Japanese. There’s no Turkish option, but since it’s a card game, following the short texts shouldn’t be difficult.
The game is developed by solo creator IsaoWorks. According to the Steam page, planning, some visuals, code and testing support, as well as some music and sound effects, were created using ChatGPT, Codex, SOUNDRAW, and ElevenLabs. If you’re sensitive about AI usage, it’s worth checking the Steam page for details before adding it to your library.
There are no professional reviews yet and only about ten user comments on Steam. Adding it to your library for free is risk-free—the real question is whether you’ll find time to play it. If you’re looking for a small hex-based card game, it’s definitely worth a try.
