The PlayStation Plus July 2026 lineup is here. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, For the King II, and CrossCode arrive on July 7.
Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus monthly games for July 2026. All Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers can add three new titles to their libraries for free between July 7 and August 3.
| Game | Platform | Genre |
|---|---|---|
| Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (Cross-Gen Bundle) | PS5, PS4 | First-person shooter |
| For the King II | PS5, PS4 | Tactical roguelite RPG |
| CrossCode | PS5, PS4 | Retro-style action RPG |
This month's highlight is undoubtedly Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. By including a mainline Call of Duty title in the Essential tier, Sony delivers one of the strongest lineups in recent months.
Released in 2023, this direct sequel to Modern Warfare II follows Captain Price and Task Force 141 as they track down war criminal Vladimir Makarov. The multiplayer mode brings back 16 classic maps from the original 2009 Modern Warfare 2, all with updated visuals. For the first time in series history, the Zombies mode lets multiple squads work together on a massive open map. While the campaign received mixed reviews at launch, the multiplayer and Zombies content make this game a valuable addition for PS Plus members.
For the King II is a roguelite adventure inspired by tabletop RPGs, set in the procedurally generated kingdom of Fahrul. Play solo or team up with up to four players online to challenge the ruthless Queen Rosomon. CrossCode, launched in 2018, is a 16-bit style action RPG praised for its sci-fi story, fast-paced combat, and puzzle-filled dungeons—still loved by fans even after eight years.
As new titles arrive, twelve games will leave the catalog on July 21: Risk of Rain 2, Tropico 6, Clash: Artifacts of Chaos, Röki, Source of Madness, Cursed to Golf, Hundred Days, Onee Chanbara Origin, Get Even, Bomber Crew, Space Crew: Legendary Edition, and Infinite Minigolf. If you want to keep playing any of these, be sure to finish them before July 21.
If you don’t have a PS Plus membership or need to renew, you can top up your account without sharing credit card details. Activate your membership and add July’s games to your library by August 3 using a PlayStation Store gift card.
The games will be available starting July 7 and can be added for free until August 3. After that date, you’ll need to purchase them to keep them in your library.
Yes, until July 6. After that, the July games will replace the June lineup.
All three games are available across all PS Plus tiers—Essential, Extra, and Premium—with no additional upgrade required.
