The Epic Games Store Halloween Sale kicked off on October 19 and runs until November 2, 2026. Discounts reach up to 80 percent on horror and AAA titles, and up to 90 percent on select older games.

When does the sale end?

The event lasts for two weeks. The final day is November 2, 2026, with the sale closing at 5:00 PM CET. Epic has discounted over 2,000 games and add-ons in the store; the list is so extensive that searching directly is the fastest way to find what you want.

This year’s sale isn’t just about horror. Family-friendly picks like LEGO Batman are also featured.

Epic’s featured games

The Halloween guide highlights five spotlight games. While the discounts here aren’t the highest, all of them are fairly new:

Silent Hill f Deluxe Edition is also on the list with a 50 percent discount. For Resident Evil Requiem’s Fortnite reward, requirements may vary by region such as Japan, so it’s best to check the game’s FAQ before purchasing.

The best deals are deeper in the list

The biggest discounts are on older but still popular games. If you want to expand your library on a budget, check out these highlights:

• 90% off: Dead Island 2, INSIDE, Darkwood
• 85% off: Alan Wake Remastered
• 80% off: Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
• 75% off: Celeste, Dungeons of Hinterberg
• 70% off: Alan Wake 2, Cyberpunk 2077
• 65% off: Dragon Age: The Veilguard
• 50% off: Lies of P, Stray, Cocoon

Our top pick is the Alan Wake bundle. Alan Wake Remastered is only available on PC via Epic, and if you grab Alan Wake 2 at 70 percent off, you get the whole series for a great price. Not into horror? Short but rich titles like Celeste and Neon White (60 percent off) are also deeply discounted.

Epic Rewards and gifting options

Purchases during the sale also earn Epic Rewards. You get 5 percent back on store purchases made through Epic’s payment system, and 20 percent back for Fortnite, Rocket League, and Fall Guys purchases. Your earned rewards are automatically applied to your next purchase.

You can also gift games and add-ons to friends. Note that gifting options may be restricted based on your region.

Don’t forget the Fortnite side

This sale is extra special for Fortnite players. Buying any of the four featured games unlocks exclusive cosmetic rewards in Fortnite. If you want to check out the Halloween costumes in the Item Shop, top up your account with Fortnite V-Bucks and get ready.
