Table of Contents
Developed by Chinese studio Everstone Studio, the highly anticipated open-world action RPG Where Winds Meet has captured the attention of gamers with its Wuxia theme. PlayStation 5 users, in particular, are eager to know when the console version will be available on the PlayStation Store and how much storage space will be required for installation.
Here’s the latest on Where Winds Meet regarding its PlayStation Store status and installation details:
Pre-order Status on PlayStation Store
As of now, Where Winds Meet is not officially listed or available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store.
Although the game is expected to launch sometime in 2026, there’s no confirmed release date for the console version yet, so it’s normal that the PlayStation Store page isn’t active at this time.
-
What to Expect: PlayStation Store listings usually go live a few weeks or months after the official release date (PC, PS5) is announced. As the launch date approaches, keep an eye on the store page for updates.
Installation Size and Pre-load
Since there’s no pre-order or product page on the PlayStation Store yet, there is no official information about the installation size (required disk space in GB) for the PS5 version.
-
Estimates: Where Winds Meet is a massive open-world RPG with high-quality graphics. Games of this scale on modern consoles typically require between 60 GB and 120 GB of storage space.
-
Pre-load: Pre-load dates (when you can start downloading the game a few days before launch) will be announced once the pre-order page goes live.
When Will the Next Update Arrive?
Fans are waiting for the next major announcement from the studio to learn more about Where Winds Meet’s PlayStation Store listing and installation details.
-
Official Release Date Reveal: Announcing the exact release date will open the door for all other details.
-
New Trailer and Gameplay Video: Such announcements are often accompanied by a new gameplay trailer released during major events like PlayStation Showcase or Gamescom.
Fans are excited to dive into this unique Wuxia adventure, known for its dynamic combat system and vast map. For now, the best move is to stay tuned for official updates from the studio.
